Product Returns
· Credit will not be given until the product has been received back by Express Copier Supplies
· Shipping cost will only be credited for Express Copier Supplies errors.
· Requests for returns resulting from Express Copier Supplies errors must be made within 5 days of receipt.
· Before you return any items, you need to obtain a RMA number. Contact Customer Service at 732-557-5010 or email ecosinc@verizon.net to submit your request.
· Product that is returned without an associated RMA will be returned to you at your expense.
· Credit will not be given until the product has been received back by Express Copier Supplies.
Defective Product
· All claims of defective OEM product must be made within 90 days of invoice date.
· All defective products must be returned in an OEM box.
· All defective returns will be inspected and toner cartridges will be weighed. Product that is found to be non-defective or used will not be credited.
Non-Defective Product
· All stocking non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
· Any non-defective return received that is not 100% resalable (with all original packaging, all parts, instructions, and labels) will be returned to you at your expense.
